INDIA, Yaudheya. Circa 3rd-4th century. Counterfeiter's mold (Terracotta, 26 mm, 4.18 g). Devasena (consort of Karttikeya) standing facing, head to left, holding taurine in her right hand and placing her left on her hip. Rev. Blank. Cf. Pieper 1119 (for prototype). A very interesting item. About very fine.
